Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Jooglar.

You may not publish, redistribute or resale any of the license keys generated for your only use.

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from Jooglar. 

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Jooglar. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Return Policy

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relavent documentation. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

Trial version

It is necessary to get a trial license key. We can not guarrantee that this software will work on absolute every hosting. So you may apply for a trial license key for the same "Site URL" that you will ask for the full license. If this is not done, no refund will be issued in case of malfunctioning of the software.

General

Jooglar reserves the right to change, without notice, the specifications, drawings and information contained in this document. While every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained here is correct, Jooglar does not assume responsibility for any errors which may appear. Jooglar Multipublishing Content component is provided without warranty of any kind whether express, statutory or implied, including all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Multipublishing Content component is provided on an "as it is" basis. The limited license grant means that you may not do the following with Multipublishing Content component:
decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, modify, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based upon the Multisites Control Component software in whole or in part without permission of Jooglar; transmit Multipublishing Content component to any person, except if the original package and its whole original content is transmitted, and that this person accepts to be bound by the terms and conditions of this software license agreement and warranty.
Jooglar shall in any event be liable for any direct, consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In particular, the Jooglar shall have no liability for any damage loss or corruption of data or programs stored in or used in conjunction with Multipublishing Content component, nor shall the authors be liable for the cost of retrieving or replacing damaged lost or corrupted data.
This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your country. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of this license to be unenforceable, the other provisions of this limited warranty and software license agreement shall remain in effect without limitation.
