I get the same error all of the time, when using Virtual News Manager. I can usually get around it by dialing back the number of items I am trying to process at one time, from the default of 20 to 10. But obviously that gets pretty tedious...

I'm having this same problem right now. Did anyone come up with a solution, or some common causes?

I am getting this same error, but just when sending to one particular site amongst a number of them. The Joomla version, database and everything is essentially the same on this one as all the others. I tried sending this to just that one problem site and I get the same error.

Then discovered that on the particular trouble site, I had set the wrong FTP location in the site settings. Once I corrected this, it worked fine.

Hope this helps!
