I'm not sure what happened. The same thing is happening to me.

I'm running a fresh install of 1.5.7 with no other components, modules, plugins, templates, etc installed besides the Multi Publishing Content component.

My server's php had just been rebuilt with Ioncube Loaders of the correct version installed and the server restarted properly.

I got the correct license by copying and pasting the exact URL given to me the first time I executed the program and properly added that license into my install.

Now, I can view the "Categories for Sites" overview without any problems. However, when I click any command, I get the following errors...

To fix this, you will need the version for PHP 5 servers.
