FTP Error (connection) 1 Year, 8 Months ago  
Hey

I created my website with joomla 1.5 and when i tried to use multi publishing content I had a FTP error (connection)

Which are the possible reasons for this problem?

i also faced the same problem but i don't know the reason
if any one knows please help me
i tried to test multiple site component within localhost

I solved this problem

first you have to install the ftp server in your computer

control panel --> Add/Remove com --> Add/Remove windows com --> select IIS

--> click details --> select ftp --> click ok

Go to mycomputer --> manage --> Services & Application --> IIS --> ftp --> set propeties

then set ftp settings in your joomla globel services --> servers --> ftp setting

now try multiple site component
