I've been trying out this neat tool to migrate content from an old site, but I have a couple of problems.

I took the old site down a while ago, but before I did, I exported all of the content data into RSS feeds for future use. That makes this a good match for me current needs.

First, however, I can't seem to get it to pull the author name out of the rss feed, even though for each item that data is in a node named "author". It always comes through blank into the pending list. I did find a way to cheat this by editing the funciones file to simply put the same author name into every record (because there's only one author for all 256 articles) but ideally the name would be imported from the RSS file.

More pressing, however, is that while I went through the process OK on a couple of small feeds, this longer one is having problems. I have 256 records to import, I set the feed date back to the year 1972, way farther back than I need it, and yet the feed only imports the record with the most recent pubdate.

I've tried changing the rules, deleting all rules, (the rules also don't seem to work at all) validating the xml file, etc. The only record that gets imported is the most recent. And if I delete that article from the RSS feed, it only imports the next most recent. Just one article.

I'm not sure what I did to make this happen. Any ideas?
